Tim is a highly skilled property finance professional with near to a decade of experience in the real estate lending and finance brokering industry. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Hertfordshire and a Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (CISI).
Prior to founding Linkway Capital, Tim honed his career and expertise in development finance and bridging loans, working for prominent UK specialist lenders such as Octopus Real Estate and Pivot Finance. Over his career Tim has successfully helped many SME developers and property investors in structuring development finance and time-critical bridging finance solutions, completing over £50 million in structured finance transactions.
Tim is deeply passionate about development finance, striving to remove barriers for developers and ensuring the success of their projects. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the latest films, going to the gym and supporting Arsenal Football Club.
